Very Bad ,Unfriendly ,Unproffessional Service ( Basel)

<p>Dear Management</p> <p> </p> <p>Now it makes sense why cheap labour is bad for bussiness. Sorry for saying this but one of your employee fits in that category.Dealt with a Sasol petrol attendant by the name Basel on Monday morning. He is incompent in short. His other collegues are the ones who actually tried to cover up for him apologising while he is busy shouting at me. Most of my tax returns on petrol are from Sasol 5th Avenue. Only this week to be told in my face that i am a problem and WE don't need you here because as for petrol we don't pursuade clients like other products. He went as far as giving my money back, other guys standing there looking a client being embarrassed. Mangement at this Sasol garage 5th Avenue i think you must take Basel back to training ,this industry requires a people's person likes of (Shepard, John, Ishmail , etc).</p> <p>I am very disappointed in the way Basel shouted at me. Now being forced to drive all the way down to 6th ave for garage services.</p> <p> </p>
