Very angry and disappointed

Hi my name is Thando I got a really appalling service on the 14th when i went to pour gas on my car it was packed and two of the petrol attendant did not want to assist and they did not have name tags. after 30min they decide to assist and my mum had to control everything cause i was angry. I paid to the guy named pule.
