Vehicle damaged
Vehicle Hyundai H1 reg. BC 72 WD GP driven by Tsholofelo Moremedi on day of incident was filled with petrol of a value of R250 when driver SPECIFICALLY requested a FULL tank of diesel. The forecourt supervisor (Sunday Zulu) was then highlighted of the incident. His approach failed as he got one of their \expert fuel drainers"";as the 1st attempt failed after fuel leaked all over the forecourt due to lack of \""sealing\"" the fuel tank"
