Useless service!

Sasol Kingfisher useless staff members asleep in the shop! I waited 20 minutes just to see anyone inside the shop. After waiting some more one of the workers woke up as there were other customers inside the store. Thereafter she looks through the glass from the inside and never comes to assist! I call the telephone and no one answers. After barely getting home without fuel the useless staff members call me back and tell me there is only one person working night shift but I can clearly hear I'm speaking to a guy this time around!? Management needs to get their staff in order it's not the first time I have had issues with this Sasol as they previously broke my key in the fuel tank cap leaving me stranded without petrol! Would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be using one of the other 3 garages in the area from now on!
