UPSET

I was shock out of my shoes at the service I received before I even entered the store today. I was at the store around 9.45am. Only to be very rudely treated as well and being intermediated by the security at the entrance of the shop. I feel people like this should not be allowed to be in a business that requires people skills.

This was totally unacceptable and I will never support them ever again. I truly hope that something will be done about this horrible situation. To feel scared like this is not good.
