UNTRAINED AND LAZY PETROL ATTENDANTS

At both service stations extremely poor service, bad attitude and refusal to carry out their duties in that at both service stations our car battery was not filled. Wilropark Sasol attendant only poured a small amount of battery water into the battery. Noordheuwel Sasol attendant did not want to fill the battery and when told we checked the battery and it needs to be filled, he still argued that its not necessary. Meanwhile the cells were dry and we got out of the car, showed him and insisted he fill it. Is management to blame? Sasol has been our choice of petrol station for many years due to excellent service - very disappointing!!!!
