Sasol Raisethorpe has a very strict policy regarding eating and drinking on their premises. When I say strict, its off the charts. When I brought my family there ( there is a play area for kids, and we have been coming there for over 8 years) I had a bag in which had items such as disposable nappies and wet wipes for toddlers) and my child had a juice bottle in his hand which goes with him everywhere. My wife had gone into the shop to get juices and some cakes for the kids ( abiding by their rules), I was accosted by their security guards who were insistent that I leave as I had brought consumables onto their premises ( a juice bottle, half full for a child) he became physically aggressive and grabbed the juice bottle from my child, I grabbed it back and by this time the altercation had become noticed by others. My child was screaming by this time and had run up onto the deck, other patrons had also become involved. The whole incident had gotten completely out of hand. I complained to management who said that they would bring it to the attention of Riaz Ballim who owned the station. When I did, his response was \ rules are rules"...I will never come back . He needs a huge wake up. """
