Unpaid Share and Dividends

I have forwarded all the necessary documentation for change of ownership of my biological mothers shares as advised, And it is her wish to see me taking over because she is bedridden and she cannot walk and my problem is not being treated by the urgency it deserves and now is being more than 5 years and no money or dividends are paid into her account or i am not receiving help up to this day, Cannot make follow up because somebody does not handle this case on its own merit. She does not get any updates no latest information on her shares on this platform as this platform is my only means of communication to know exactly what is the latest news about her shares. Please somebody assist.

If it will require me to get the external interference or help I think that is the only option left for me to do under the difficult circumstances this matter is exposed to.And that cannot be right that a senior citizen has to go through such frustration and being a sick person.
