Undermining

I complained about bad service and disrespect from the petrol attendand at Sasol Ga-rankuwa.
No one attended my problem clearly the staff and managers are the same they don't take their clients serious,they undermine us.They are disrespecting their clients forgetting that the garage is operating every day because of us vehicle owners.
