Unacceptable Customer service

I arrived in the morning and clearly requested for a hundred rand worth of gas, as i walked into the shop to buy a few things and to pay for the gas, the attended filled up a full tank in which i did not ask for, the attended came with dismal stories claiming that at first he didn't hear me, then changed to stating that he thought i asked for a full tank, all of this after having a short conversation before i walked in thee shop to buy a few things and pay for the gas, i consulted the manager explaining what had happened then i was told i have to wait to get the fuel pumped out, i instantly refused explaining that i work far and would be late for work, i told the manager that ill leave my license so when i knock off i will return and we solve this problem, i came back and the manager was gone and i was left with extremely rude attendant and cashier whom told me the manager said i must pay then get my license, i explained i will not pay at all and that they must pump out the gas, they refused and i called the manager who failed to assist in any way, THE TREATMENT RECEIVED IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND INTOLERABLE, as i sit currently without a license
