As a customer choosing to support your brand, I was appalled to find that the disabled-accessible toilets were out of order. This caused severe difficulty and distress, as we were traveling with a person who requires mobility assistance. Being unable to access a functioning, accessible restroom after a long journey is a violation of basic dignity and accessibility standards. When I approached the staff, they were unable to help, As a premium fuel brand, Sasol should ensure that all facilities, particularly those catering to disabled individuals, are functional, clean, and available 24/7. This situation did not meet the standards expected at a national petrol station chain. I request that you: Immediately investigate the status of the toilets at this site. Provide a permanent solution for the maintenance of these toilets.
