TOTALLY DISGUSTED

This morning on my way to work I stopped at the Sasol Garage off Malibongwe in Hill Street, Randburg, Ferndale. I asked the lady behind the Deli for a cappuccino ****in, when I got to work I saw it was a blueberry ****in, so I sent it back with the helper that works in our offices. She asked them to exchange the ****in for a cappuccino ****in and they sent a bran ****in. She had to then go back, the manager of the garage named Girlie called me on my cell, I was totally disgusted with her, she was so rude. She said when I first purchased the ****in I pointed at the ****in I wanedt, which Is not true. I explained to her what happened and she screamed at me saying well this is the other side of the story and then she dropped the call. She sent back my money with the helper and said that they don't need my money and I must not come buy there again. I decided to go and speak to her about her comment she had made. She yelled at me saying that she heard me over the phone so why am I there and I must futsek and go pee myself. I am totally disgusted with the manager called GIRLIE. That's just no way to speak and treat a customer.
