*****'s at Sasol Lambton Car Wash

<p>Saturday 13 Aug 2016 Toke my Car to Lambton Sasol to get it washed as i have done so many Times before. </p> <p>they Washed the Outside and i Moved the Car to the Bays to be Vacuumed. i left my Spare Phone under my Seat and only once i was Sitting outside my Car did i realized i left my Phone under my Seat. </p> <p> </p> <p>when they were done i got to my Car and Checked for my Phone and i was Gone. </p> <p>i ended Up waiting for the Owner for 1 hour 30 Minutes. to Arrive and dealing with unhelpful staff. </p> <p> </p> <p>the Lady Owner said she cant do anything about the ****** Phone. did not even offer to get the Cops invloved or even speak to the Workers . </p> <p> </p> <p>i would like a formal appology from Her Staff on the Rude way they treated me and also a new phone as i find this very upsetting that she did not atleast try and Resolve the situation. </p> <p> </p> <p>i await your Response </p> <p>Kind regards </p> <p>Nico Gouws</p>
