I'm currently sitting at Rooihuiskraal Sasol at corner Rooihuiskraal road and Hendrik Verwoerd. Petrus messed up and gave me pensioners discount for car wash. After they washed my car Petrus came to me pointing his dirty finger in my face telling me I have to pay full price Who is going to teach Petrus manners? Who gave him the right to be rude to my mom because she can't find the invoice?

As soon as your complaint was raised yesterday, it was sent to our Retail Account Manager for assistance. She was also contacted telephonically to intervene.

I have done another follow this morning.
