The change I wanted to see

Excellent service at Fort Curtis Service station. I’m writing course I once wrote a negative review when I did not receive the service I expected. But I loved the way the management handled my complaint and following ensuring that my case was resolved. Afterwards, the supervisor in the service station did ask me to meet her so she apologize in person and she apologized and I am pleased by the service I receive especially from ladies petrol attendants. The way I wasn’t happy by the time I complained, I even had to pass the service station ad go to another. But after the complain I really saw the change and I highly recommend this service station. Fresh food also in their quick shop, keep it up
