The car wash "Management" has no way of speaking to customers

The car wash "Management" has no way of speaking to customers. We wash our car there often, and have never actually met her until this day and I was utterly disgusted to say the least at the way this coloured lady with grey hair, I think her name was Charnel, I stand to be corrected; spoke. Especially in front of her staff members. They are understaffed and instead of advising or letting us (the customers) know, she indirectly speaks to them and carries on as if the customer is in the wrong.
