Terrible service

So big shout out to the management team at Sasol Carwash on Voortrekker road near to burgerbox....

I want everyone to know the quality and service you have towards paying customers... I took our cars to be washed, I asked for a hand polish on my car. When I got there I was shocked, there is still polish in all the grooves and around the name, I asked them to clean it and wow did I get an attitude.

I then had one of the ladies from management come out she was standing there talking to me as the staff managed to pull off one of the letters. They then took me inside to another person in the office that told me to my face that there is nothing he can do we leave the cars there at our own risk. The manner they speak to you is disgusting and they clearly just don't care.

So big shout out, please can everyone help me share this so that this will never happen to anyone else.
