I am writing this complaint about Sasol butterworth I went into the store wanting to buy a pie after waiting 5 minutes while the staff busy with other things I then demanded help which I did not get instead I was shouted at and I was told that I can do whatever I want I then requested to speak to the manager the lady just verbally abused I had to leave the store as she was insulting me and swearing at me I have never been so embarrassed in my life after all I am a paying customer I don't expect to disrespected wish the owner can do something about that staff member I don't think they want to keep such people in their business
