Stinky Attitude from very Rude attendant

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>One morning I went to Sasol Risiville on Brocket street to fill up my tank. I was approached by a female coloured lady (apologies to describe her by race she had no name tag and they refused to give me her name).</p> <p>I ask her very politely please fill up my tank and tyres and she looked at me really awkward like I just asked her to **** someone and she rep**** do you want me to pump your tyres? That question alone to a customer about a service which you're suppose to provide was just despicable. I said YES PLEASE. she responded "the men around here don't ask ladies to pump their tyres they do it themselves, She ****ed me off by pointing out the fact that I'M MARRIED and I don't know how to treat women. I spoke to the manager about this and clearly he didn't address this with her.</p> <p>Today I went fill up and I was waiting while they were busy with customers. Another car pulled up next to me and she came out of the store and went to help that customer while I still wait, when she finished she just stood there and I politely asked her to help me and she didn't even respond to me and she called out someone else to fill up for me. </p> <p>WOW that kind of stinky attitude towards a customer needs to be urgently address and I feel I need the manager to deal with her appropriately.</p> <p>I fill my tank at this station at least 4 times a week at R700+ a tank. That's at least R2800 A WEEK TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS?. R11200 A MONTH!</p> <p>The manager must please let me know if he appreciates bad attitude from his staff more than the business I take to him so I can gladly move away from Sasol to another gas station!</p>
