Sasol did phone me to say they will want to arrange a meeting and i said it must be in the new year they must get someone from RMA to be present as it is sue to a claim that Sasol has submitted to RMA.RMA then refused the claim therefore both parties need to be present so that no one can play each other up against the situation.I need to resolve this issue because Sasol uses the DMR laws to lay workers off then submit a claim at RMA and i as an ex employee are been put in a bad position.The hearing loss Sasol say i have RmA says it is not like that so who is actually fooling who not.That is why i need both parties at the table.
