Took my car for a wash, dry, vacuum and wipe down of the interior. After waiting in queues for a hell of a long time, my \washed\" my car and it just stood there while the staff in the drying bay were running on African time. My car stood so long while the staff enjoyed their holiday that the water dried and my car was dirty all over again. I eventually ran out of patience and drove home after paying for a service I never received. I had re wash my car at home, vacuum and clean the inside. The cloth I used was black and filthy so they never really washed my car at all. No apologies from management.
