Staff make such a difference

I would love the management of Sasol, Rondebult Rd, Boksburg to recognise what a dedicated staff member they have in Freddy. Tomorrow the petrol price is going up by R2. The service stations are all very busy, yet Freddy noticed (without me asking) that one tyre looked low, he didn't just pump it up but checked and found a puncture. He then suggested that it be fixed then and there. I did not have cash on me but Freddy was concerned for my safety and said that I could come back to pay. I did not do this as I live very close by and my husband can repair it himself as he has a puncture repair kit, Freddy's customer service made a big impression on me.
