if it was possible not to put a star at all i would ,i went to sasol yesterday i parked to pour gas the attendant quickly moved me from one station to a different one saying i am suppose to be station like that in order for the pump to reach the tank which i found strange because i always pour petrol and i was never advised on which side to park as the pump always reaches the car,as soon as he was done as i was about to leave i noticed no gas then i asked him he advised issue is my sensors,i asked for supervisor he was not available when they called him he advised that i must go it does that sometimes which was strange because i always put gas at that garage i called my husband and we poured another 100 as he was standing next to the attend and funny it reflected immediately no one is accounting for the gas i poured 1st and the level of disrepect i got from all the attendends was shocking even one threatend me and i asked them not to get involved,i asked for supervisor and he was not available he called and advised i must go the petrol will reflect which i did and it did not then i came back to advise my gas was still not showing i was attacked by all the attendends which had no business in the matter ,even the ladies who runs the till and the cooking ladies also commented on a matter they have no business in, is that the level of service that sasol runs? staff working with out supervision,why are they all defensive because i wanted the supervisor why did they all get involved and stopped attending other customers for a matter they have no business in? they are all rude and disrespectful and felt personally attacked because i was alone and a lady,when i continued to ask for the supervisor they advised hes not available hes now in hospital,the supervisors name is victor,what kind of values does sasol have? what kind of stuff do they hire its not even about money anymore but the level of disrespect i got from all the loud mouths of petrol attendance,they even stopped attending other customer to have a say in a matter they have no business in, i was disrespected and made a fool by the staff and supervisor even now no gas on my car only the second one we poured with my husband i am so angy and disapointed at the customer service in sasol and a clown show they put out yesterday i also need to know why the 1st 100 i poured did not show on the car,i suspect the attended pumped air as i was paying cash as one of the popular **** then run at garages,i also recorded them while they where busy putting up a show
