Please be on the look out for the **** happening at Sasol Grobler Park where the Petrol Attendant makes as if they filling up your tank yet they not..I went to get petrol there yesterday around 10am as it was the closest fuel station on my way home & popped in to get fuel for a R100 & payed on my way out of the garage by the robots I noticed that my reserve light isn't off but still on the same level as when I pulled into the petrol station so I turned back went to the guy that helped me & to my surprise he laughed at me & told me that their petrol does that at times I should not worry he did put petrol in my Car & I'm not the first person to complain of such, so I than drove off giving him the benefit of the doubt for like 4km to my house in Witpoortjie & when I got home i noticed my car was on the last bar & my petrol gage is not going up, i decides to called the Sasol customer line to lay a complaint about what happened & no one even bothered to get back to me. so when i went to go get supper barely a km from house I ran out of fuel...what hurts me the most is that he made a fool of me not once but twice & still had the audacity to laugh at me in my face when I went to question him about this..so I personally will never use Sasol Grobler Park Fuel station again but to those of you who will I suggest you pay close attention to those ******** when they filling up your petrol because I dont wish to know how many people have been done in the same way I have by the likes of "UTHMAN" the person who ****med me at Sasol Grobler Park in Roodepoort. Yes it might be a R100 but multiply it by the number of people who have been victims & didn't notice this..I'm sure your probably going to laugh at this & do nothing about it since it's the Sasol Code of Conduct to laugh at Consumer Concerns & Complaints right "UTHMAN"..
