Sasol Thohoyandou - Pour empty petrol

Hello.. I poured petrol at Sasol Thohoyandou on the 01-01-2024 at 11:07 for R239.24(10L) I paid and also got sasol points but the petrol never showed in my car. The petrol bar never moved and the kilometres stayed the same as before I poured the petrol. I think they poured air and not petrol in my car.. the service is great and I am disappointed because they never poured petrol and I paid for it
