Sasol the station without the service at Malibongwe drive

I filled up at sasol in Malibongwe drive (the one with Burger King) less than an hour ago approx 19h30 I used my fleet card as i was driving a company car. Due to having fit tyres on my vehicle the previous day the card required authorization. I explained this to the attendant by the name of Vincent and called the auth centre myself. The lady from nedbank asked to speak to a person from the garage to which Vincent rep**** there is no manager. I asked if he would speak to her as she would give him the code and the transaction could be processed. He REALLY did not want to help me. After taking the phone he even had the cheek to tell the nedbank agent to just leave it as if it was not his problem. I asked him if it was too much trouble to assist me to which he rep**** i don't know this thing. I then moved to a parking bay to see if the cashier inside could assist. This was also much to the irritation of Vincent. Surprise surprise the cashier did not know this thing either referring to the authorization process. I asked for anyone who could assist and was told that the manager would be in the following morning. I get that it is not their fault that we had to go through the authorization process and i paid with my personal account. The inconvenience was very unpleasant and my questions are as follows...

1. Why are they not fully trained on their tools? 2. Why is there no management or at least supervisor monitoring the business? 3. Who is accountable at these times as i had no one to report the service to 4. Who trained Vincent? Service is my only real issue here. He does not know what service is and should not be serving customers. His attitude stinks.

I tried getting hold of a customer service department but was unsuccessful and I am not surprised as it does not sem to take priority. If service and management are only available during office hours maybe you should close the station at 5pm.
