Sasol share payment

I bought shares in 2009 with sasol and for sometime I have been communicating with them through emails enquiring about share or dividends. And they used to respond saying they don't have my account number. I kept the communication with them but they stopped responding. I ended up not keeping their documents ad I thought they will never pay. This year I heard some of the people who bought shard that they were being paid I then checked online and my ID number was rejected and I wrots to them as their phone is never answered due to high volume of calls.

They then sent me the form for change of banking details and address. I completed the form with my new address and banking details, with banking stamp and nothing happened till now. I keep in sending follow up emails with no response. Please assist. My ID number : ********** 2****3 Regards Noko
