Sasol Service Station Carwash in Randburg does not provide the services I paid for

<p> Good day,</p> <p>On Saturday, 27 August, I went to the carwash at the Sasol Service station on the corner of Rabie str and Malibongwe in Ranburg (opposite Randburg High School). As I usually do, I pay R50 extra for the upholstery clean/wash as well. Only AFTER they finished cleaning my car and AFTER I paid for everything, they told me that they do not do upholstery cleaning during weekends and only during the week. When I asked the cleaner what I should do since I had already paid the R50 extra for the upholstery wash, she proceeds to tell me that she wiped my seats with a wet cloth "because I paid". So I paid R50 extra (over and above the R60 for the superior wash) for someone to literally take 2 minutes and wipe my seats with a wet cloth?? Why did no-one inform me that they do not do this service over weekends when I paid? I always pay for this as an extra at Sasol garages when I take my car for a wash. I will not hesitate to spread the word to all my friends and family to avoid this carwash at all costs since this is really substandard service.</p>
