Sasol ****

Good day, I app**** for Administration Clerk position at Sasol via career website, and received an email stating that my application was successful, I then recieved an email and an SMS with contract to sign and requested I should bring it back with a police clearance certificate and a copy of my id, I went to apply for a police clearance certificate andI was told it will take 4 - 5weeks to come out as it comes from Pretoria, there was a option to apply for it online it only takes few minutes. I had no money I had to borrow the R450 to get the clearance, I deposited the money and indeed I got it few minutes later. I sent through the documents and I got an automated reply. I waited for the to get back at me and I even tried to call them back but couldn't reach them, until today when a guy told me on their system it shows I was supposed to have started working already. He told me I should give him my e-mail address and he will get back to me before 11am and he never did. A friend of mine and me took this to Twitter and Sasol confirmed this is a **** as there was no interview conducted and that they do not refer anyone for police clearance certificate. So my R550 go down the drain!!
