Sasol Rynfield Terrace Horror Petrol station and terrible customer service

I always buy bread at this petrol station and I always pay at one till point which is located at the sliding door. Tonight as usual stopped to buy bread and buns. I stood in line by the till point. The lady in front of me is helped buying things. Owner is standing there. After the helped the lady in front of me it is my turn. Just to be told I must go and stand at the other line at the back. I said but you just helped the lady in front of me whom did not stand in that line and that is unfair. There is no sign saying everybody must and stand in that line. The owner would not even apologize. I will be taking this to head office as well. The idiot lost a loyal customer congratulations.
