SASOL Rynfield Faulty equipment causing huge fuel spill.....Customer to fit the bill

Saturday 1 December I requested for my vehicle to filled with fuel at SASOL Rynfield Terrace. The attendant placed the nozzle in my vehicle and proceeded to check my vehicles OIL and Water levels. My vehicle was short of some oil and the attendant went to the Cashier for some oil, while he was away I just heard a loud noise and noticed fluids gushing out of my vehicles filler cap. I ran around the vehicle and fuel was just squirting everywhere. I managed to stop the fuel by pressing the handle on the filler nozzle. My feet and legs was covered in fuel and there was fuel all over the side of my vehicle and the floor around my vehicle. So much fuel messed that it actually flowed down the slope in the floor to the drain. The attendant rushed to assist me and apologized for the mess. I understand that these things can happen and that its not his fault, but after he told me that its the third time it happened that day and that the nozzle is faulty and that the auto stop doesn't work I was really upset. I fill fuel at this service station every Morning before work and support the shop every morning. I didn't even get a proper apology. I don't even know how much fuel messed but it was really a lot.....with the price of fuel now I at least expected the attendant or shop staff to take my number and get the manager or owner to contact me and explain. It is really dangerous to have faulty equipment. I paid for the full fuel bill and oil received. The bill was far more than what I'm use too when filling this vehicle with fuel. I can't afford these kind of mistakes caused by a filling station that knew the equipment was faulty but proceeded to use it.
