Sasol Rewards Useless Call centre rude no help

Very bad service I bought a Pizzas 🍕 at Panarottis using rewards when I got to the shop I was told there is no order but on my phone the order was issued Tried the call center very useless My R200 worth points gone no pizza No help so upset

Petrol station they always say they are offline when trying to use rewards on Petrol

I am at a point when I don't value Sasol rewards is just a ****
