SASOL Rewards - still useless

I am bemused, to say the least. Fuming, to say it best. THEY CANNOT GET IT RIGHT! "Please change my number in your system so that I can use my rewards before I lose some more of them." Anybody. Please. For the 15th time - no exaggeration

At 9:18 I get a call from the Complaints department while I am in a meeting, but cannot go into a lengthy discussion with the gent.
So I ask the caller to please phone again in 20 minutes...
It is noon.
And still no new call.
Dare I say I am not very surprised?
