SASOL Rewards Service is non existent
On 10 February 2026 I contacted SASOL Rewards regarding transferring a SASOL Rewards card to another person. Two weeks later I received a response with a list of documents required to effect the transfer. I sent the documents immediately. Nothing has happened since despite several follow up calls and email requests. SASOL clearly cares nothing for customers.
