Sasol rewards **** service
My rewards cart is blocked without any communication and when I call the call centre ***3. The agent said this unblocking must be done by a manager and when I spoke to the manager at Sasol De Bron they said they can’t do it, the call Center is the one with the mandate. Now I stuck between two parties pointing at it each other.
