SASOL REWARDS PROGRAMME

I entered the Sasol Eater competition , which i got a call and told that i won then i was advised to send my details card number etc. which i did , this was on the 24th April i was told i would receive my price in 3 weeks till now i am still waiting i have sent email , called and nothing no one has called to explain what is happening no one from Sasol rewards has bothered to update me or anything , or did my prize go to a Sasol rewards employee i don't know.
