Sasol rewards program a huge inconvenience
Sasol rewards program a huge inconvenience. You wait minutes for otp but machine cancels before you even get the otp.

Please note that the OTP feature was introduced to enhance the security of customer accounts and protect Rewards balances from unauthorised access. We understand that delays in receiving OTPs can be inconvenient, especially when completing a transaction.
Should you experience this issue again, we recommend contacting the Sasol Rewards Help Desk while still at the service station so that the matter can be investigated and assistance can be provided in real time where possible.
