Sasol rewards instant points card

Sasol rewards instant points card shows active and when they swipe card on their speed points card not going through, I went to sasol r81 malamulele, sasol madiba park, sasol mokopane, sasol Marlboro gardens, sasol golden highway, they called sasol rewards customer service they were told customer need to go where I had opened the card, so I drove from polokwane to sasol bowling Avenue dartfield road and the manager told me I must use the card after 3 days then nothing happened, then now anyone from this institution can sort this matter out as I am not getting points from sasol rewards and I keep on filling the tank full into different sasol stations this started after I redeem my accumulated points in December so now I am tired to go from Pillar to post.
