SASOL Rewards inconsistent service

For many years I have been using the same SASOL Garage in Fourways for all my car needs. On 27 March 2022 I filled up my car with diesel and joined the SASOL Rewards Programme. After swiping a received the points as advertised. Two weeks later on 12 April 2022 I again went to the garage and filled up my car. This time the SASOL Rewards card did not work and the pump attendant told me that the programme has been suspended. Yesterday 30 April 2022 I filled up once again and this time swiping the card did work. With this inconsistent service I feel reluctant to support such a poor programme.
