Sasol rewards card is a **** ,the funds are non -redeemable

Sasol rewards card is a **** once you accumulate decent money in it and you want to redeem the money the OTP fails to come through which makes it impossible to redeem your own funds ,the petrol attendants will give you some "help@sasolrewards" email once you email that explaining your situation then another email named "Zenzele" will confirm receipt of email and say that your matter will be attended to between 8 - 25 hours which with me it's been 3weeks now nothing has happened,I've went back to the petrol station reveral times but the same issue persist and there is no one to help now I want to move to a different service provide maybe like shell v plus but I am Unable to cause I can't leave all my money in my Sasol rewards card
