Sasol Rewards Card

This review has nothing to do with Sasol Filling Stations, but with Sasol Head Office that has to handle customer issues and supply acceptable feedback. The service receive from Sasol Filling Stations are excellent. I can not complain. The pump attendants are always friendly and helpful.

But given my issue regarding the Rewards Card that I posted last week - I am still waiting for Sasol Head Office to respond to my query and offer me an explanation as to how I could have a Rewards card in my possession that I registered upon receipt, but the same card / number is being used by a person living miles away from me.

I am still waiting Sasol.....
