Sasol Reitfontein fuel station

Sasol Reitfontein

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your fuel stations. As a result of an incident involving a Sasol petrol attendant and a locksmith hired by Sasol, my car is now undrivable.

During a recent visit, a Sasol attendant damaged my car's petrol cap and broke my key while attempting to open it. Subsequently, Sasol employed a locksmith to replace a key, and that replacement was done ***********ly, which has now left me in a situation where my car is not working.

I find this situation entirely unacceptable. Sasol is supposed to be a reputable brand. I now have to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket because of the incompetence of your staff and contractors. The attendant should have either known how to open the petrol cap correctly or sought assistance if they were struggling. Furthermore, hiring inexperienced locksmiths to work on customers' vehicles is unprofessional and damaging to Sasol's reputation.

I logged a query regarding this matter this happened on the 28 march and it is now the 08th April of which i need to be dealing with this myself.
