Sasol ravenswood boksburg

Good evening i filled some petrol at the Ravenswood boksburg garage today and they were a little busy as they had 2 attendents,so i waited in line the car next to me get helped before me and the car on the other side gets helped also, i shouted the guys as i came before those other 2 cars ,they just looked at me as if they dudnt want my business, is this how sasol trains there staff, this is not the 1st time i experienced it at this garage, their names are gift and chicco.
