Sasol Protea Glen, poor service

The service at Sasol garage Protea Glen is very poor. I went to fill up yesterday morning and i had to wait more than 15min to be assisted, the attendants do not check which car came first. Four vehicles that came after me were assisted first. When i asked the guy who finally assisted me how do they monitor cars, he did not have an answer for me. After he was done a car just came in to pump tires and it just parked in the middle to block my way and the staff didnt do anything about it instead they were chatting and laughing with that driver, when i asked the driver to move he told me i must wait for him to finish and started swearing, still the staff did not say anything about it. I am so disappointed and disgusted.
