Sasol Protea Glen PAY ME!!!!!!
Following my previous review,I was called by a very kind and patient lady from the Sasol Contact Centre (I forgot her name) on the same day I wrote this review. She promised me she'll escalate my complaints and do her best for it to reach the owner ultimately. After she called, I was called by the head of HR for Sasol Protea Glen (Donald) and he said we should meet on the 3rd of March and I agreed. Upon arrival, Donald was stunned to see I wasn't alone and proceeded to ask my mother "oh, you must be the mother". Proceeding with the meeting, he then stated that "R7 500 was a small amount of money for people to run around like this" and then said he'd pay it in instalments and the first installment would be on the 15th of March 2022 and the last would be on the 27th of March 2021. He made me sign a paper stating that I'm okay with the suggestion (which I was) and wrote my banking details on the same paper. He then proceeded to sway me to delete my review and threatened I would never find another job because I wrote a review on Sasol, thus proving that they give me bad reviews when new employers call them about me. It's the 16th and my account is empty. I don't know why Sasol granted Hendrick Kganyago the right to franchise this business because he treats people like ****. Management doesn't care about us and they have made it clear. There is another employee who has the same problem I have and they use the same delaying tactics. Sasol Protea Glen couldn't care less about it's employees. I'm here waiting for my money to buy a laptop for school and now I'm stuck because I can't buy it. Sasol Protea Glen is filled with a bunch of *****s including the owner!!
