Sasol Ga-rankuwa z17 has a promotion that ends on 16 July 2025 but products still charges you the initial price and not the promotion price. What’s the use of having items on promotion and not adhere to what the customers see. Lays were on promotion for R47,90 for two (2). I was charged R29.90 each (R59.80) then I was rudely told by the manager Boitumelo or Boitshepo that there is nothing he can do, I must go buy elsewhere. How rude of him to tell a customer such with a promotion that he still has on the shelves.
