Sasol points program is a huge ****

Sasol rewards program is a ****. For all these months choosing your fuel station over others thinking it was the best thing to do. Until I had to go redeem my points for fuel, the system doesn’t work and no one seems to care. You send an OTP which only comes to ones phone after an hour or two. Who has time to wait at a fuel station for this? To add salt to the injury, eventually when one decides to wait for that OTP, it doesn’t work anymore because it arrives way too long after being requested so a new one needs to be requested - same thing, it arrives after hours of waiting. Time to move to the likes of Engen. Disgusting service!!!!
