SASOL N4 NELSPRUIT is BTHE WORST
Sasol N4 Nelspruit has the worst customer service. I lost my petrol slip and they refuse to give me the merchant copy because it is the property of the business. Innocent (Inspector) and Confidence (Manager) treated my husband with so much contempt and disrespect. This is unacceptable.Yes, we lost the slips but they have no right to treat us like we are nobodys.
The other Sasol in Nelspruit l was able to email me the copy of the slips same day but why are we being treated like hobbos at Sasol N4 Nelspruit? . This is not right. My husband even offered to go through the slips but they refused.
I will have to pay the full amount out of pocket if I don't get the copy of these slips. I will not stop until I get the copy of these slips. I will never put petrol at Sasol again.
