Sasol Mpumalanga 10KM from Kanyamazane gives bad customer experience.

Sasol please note I am from Joburg so I won’t know exactly the Sasol name but the Sasol in Mpumalanga 10Km from Kanyamazane . In the early hours one Sunday morning I wanted to buy a tyre puncture kit for a friend who was stuck and the Cashier had not been at her working station for 35-45minutes.

She made people wait for her for such a long time and came back when there was a bunch of people to help and she was very slow . It made me as a customer unhappy with such service as I was attempting to help a friend who had a type puncture stuck in the dark in Kanyamazane .

Please reprimand such behaviour Sasol . She can do a better job than this . This happened on Sunday 24 March 24 around 00:30-01:30 not sure of time but I bought a tyre Puncture kit and bolting .
