Sasol Khanyisa Shares

I own Sasol Khanyisa shares which matured this year and was paid out 17 Sep 2018. However, I was not paid. I called the number given on 2 October 2018, spoke to Cleville, who told me to email my updated banking details, marriage certificate, etc. I have done so, and followed up twice thereafter via email with no luck.

I have not received any dividends to date. And am receiving no response to my emails! Have I lost all my money??
